How to use the BHATTEXT Function in Excel

Description
The BAHTTEXT function is Excel's inbuilt function which is categorized under Text Function. BAHTTEXT converts a number to Thai text and adds a suffix of "Baht".
Baht is the official currency of Thailand. So if you want to convert a numeric currency to text currency then you can use BAHTTEXT function to do it. For example you want convert 10 to Thai Baht currency in text, you will get สิบบาทถ้วน.

Syntax
The syntax of BAHTTEXT function is =BAHTTEXT(number)

Argument or Parameter
Number Required. A number you want to convert to text, or a reference to a cell containing a number, or a formula that evaluates to a number.

Returns
The BAHTTEXT function returns text string of the given number in Thai language with the word "baht" suffixes to it.

Example

You can enter the formula in two different ways:
  1. First select a cell in which you want to insert the formula, then type BAHTTEXT(10) and then press Enter.
  2. Second way is, select the cell and go to Formulas tab►Text►BAHTTEXT

Then you will get Function Arguments dialog box


Then the number box type a number or cell represent that represents number and press OK.


Notes
  • The “number” can be a number, cell reference or formula that resolves to a number.
  • If “number” is not a numeric value , then #VALUE! is returned.
